Returns & Delivery (Terms & Conditions)
- Full Payment shall be made upon order. (We will not accept any promissory note)
- We need two to three working days to confirm payment for online interbank fund transfer. (Example : Maybank account transfer to our Public Bank account)
- For customers, who made order and didn’t collect their goods after 30 days, the related goods will be disposed or resale and no refund will be made to the customer.
- Customers are advised to check the total quantity and quality of goods during the collection. If there is any defect, please visit our company within seven days at Lot 8228, Batu 6 ½ Jalan Kuchai Lama, 58200 Kuala Lumpur or call to customer service at 03-7982 3888. NO warranty claim will be accept after 7 days from the collection date.
- We will not responsible for any losses due to the customers’ claim of any orders, the Company will only accept and return the relevant payment reprint, clients of any economic losses, the company will not be responsible.
- No return is allowed for all the customized items after collection.
- Estimate delivery : 90-120 days after closing date of purchase.
